The most common water repellent agents used today are either based on fluorocarbons (PFAS), synthetic waxes, or silicones, these are made from fossil oil and biodegrade very slowly.
Hydro Down technology uses a plant-based catalyst and a fatty polymer for effective water repellent solution. It is completely biodegradable and eco-friendly.
It dries 75% faster than regular down and it is truly machine washable.
Recycled down is produced from post-consumer down products - reclaimed jackets, cushions, & bedding. By using recycled down we can reduce waste and landfill pollution.
Our automated production facility can process up to 10,000 garments a day, 400 tons of materials a year.
All natural detergent is used for our entire production process. production batches are barcoded for complete traceability.
